Why Steve

A real diagnosis, not an upsell

Steve explains what failed in plain English before he fixes it, and he will not push a replacement you do not need. Sometimes a repair is the right call and sometimes the system is genuinely done. He tells you which and why, and you can ask for a second opinion.

“Steven came out diagnosed our problem very quickly (Sunday). The following day (Monday) came out with the parts and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Very personable and very responsive customer service. Answered all questions and even tolerated our yapping dog, all with a smile.”
